We begin by scanning the market and producing a long list of potential partners, categorised in different brackets based on the specific needs.
For each category, we develop an assessment criteria to identify only the most suitable parties.
After applying the initial criteria to the long list of potential partners, we then produce a priority shortlist based on qualitative factors and relevance to the requirements of our clients.
After the shortlist is agreed, we proceed to engage with the shortlisted parties. Each partner approach is carefully thought of and discussed before any contact is made. This is to ensure that maximum value is derived from each conversation.
